What's coming up

21 September 2026 - Understanding the Nature of Refractory Materials
Aimed at anyone using refractory materials. Provides a basic understanding of the materials and their structure.

22 September 2026 - Testing of Refractory Materials
Designed to explain different test methods and how to interpret their results. Useful for suppliers, installers, and end users.

23 September 2026 - Design of Refractory Linings
Design is highly complex field. This module gives an overview of what needs consideration when evaluating refractory design.

24 September 2026 - Failure Analysis
This covers the different ways refractories can deteriorate and how to improve inspections to prevent this, This course is more advanced so it is recommended completing the previous modules beforehand.

25 September 2026 - Installation
Provides a better understanding of the challenges that come with each installation method. Ideal for maintenance managers, inspectors, and installers.

All courses run from 09:00-16:00 and are held at our Stone site in Staffordshire.
