Course description

Delivered over 2 sessions, the course aims to provide an overview of the AGV world and the technologies it encompasses, including LGVs (Laser Guided Vehicle) and UTEs (Elementary Technological Unit). Its objective is to present operator-free transport systems and offer guidance on improving their management or enhancing safety.

 

  • Understanding of the basics of autonomous navigation technologies
  • Understanding for the safe use of LGVs in areas with forklifts and pedestrians
  • Recognise and solve common faults in AGVs 
  • Efficiency and process improvement
  • Knowledge of Automatic Guided Vehicles
  • Knowledge of safe working environments with Automatic Guided Vehicles
  • Knowledge of Light Goods Vehicles
