In this half day interactive course, you will assess your own values and be introduced to the core values in leadership, increasing your awareness and understanding of how these values can be effectively demonstrated through your actions and behaviours. You will also gain an understanding of how to align people you lead to the values of your organisation and how your leadership style can have commercial benefit when you are embracing the key values of leadership.
Prior to this course, you will be sent some worksheets to complete and return to ascertain your current understanding of leadership values so we can ensure you get the most rewarding experience from this course.

There are no pre-requisites to this course meaning that anyone with an interest in leadership will benefit from attending, you do not need to already be leading a team or in a leadership position. Whether you have some knowledge of leadership values, or this is your first experience with these, this course will enable you to develop your understanding of these and how to live the leadership values.
