This 2-day course will take you through key considerations for recruitment in the science market. Over the course we will evaluate recruitment processes, including balancing vacancy need with commercial priorities, candidate experiences, interviewing skills and onboarding processes.
Prior to attending these courses, you will be asked to read and analyse short relevant recruitment documents. Further information will be sent to you prior to the start of the course.

There are no pre-requisites to this course meaning that anyone with an interest in leadership or recruitment will benefit from attending, you do not need to already be leading a team or in a leadership position. Whether you have some experience in recruitment, or this is your first experience, this course is designed for professionals looking to enhance their recruitment strategies in the science industry.
