Registered user versus subscribed user

Registered user: You have created an account with the AMRICC Academy. You can log in and if you have opted in, you will receive AMRICC Academy updates. 

Subscribed user: You have registered and then paid the subscription fee to access the subscription benefits. 

 

What does the subscription fee include?

A subscription to the AMRICC Academy provides you with access to our specialised learning resources, designed to enhance your learning and development journey. Full details can be found here. 

 

I've registered an account but can't book courses or view resources, what do I do?

To gain access to all of the learning resources and book courses, you need to subscribe to the Academy and pay the subscription fee. Without this, you can still browse the site and view course details, but you will not have full access to the host of support and resources available. 

How do I purchase a course?

Purchasing for an individual:

  1. Log in to your subscribed account
  2. Select the course(s) you would like to purchase and add to your basket
  3. Complete checkout
  4. You will receive an email receipt confirming your purchase or booking.
  5. a. If you have purchased a self guided eLearning course, your course access will be activated within 1 working day. You will be notified by email with instructions on how to access your course. 
    b. If you have purchased a place for a course on a specific date (online or in-person) you will receive further information from the AMRICC Academy facilitator within 1 working day. 

Purchasing for multiple delegates:

  • Please contact us on academy@amricc.com and we will be able to arrange this for you. Please note, if purchasing self guided eLearning courses, each delegate will need their own email address for course access.

How do I purchase multiple courses for my business/team?

Please contact us on academy@amricc.com and we would be happy to discuss your requirements further and offer any support necessary. Please note, if purchasing self guided eLearning courses, each delegate will need their own email address for course access. 

 

What types of payments do you accept? Can I receive an invoice?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay and GooglePay.

If purchasing via purchase order or requiring an invoice, please contact us on academy@amricc.com or speak to your AMRICC Academy contact directly.

Where can I find my receipt for my order?

You should receive a receipt via the email address connected to your AMRICC Academy account. If you have not received this, please get in touch with our team at academy@amricc.com and we will be happy to support with this. 

 

My company is a Technology Partner with Lucideon or AMRICC. Am I eligible for a discount?

Please contact your Lucideon or AMRICC representative to discuss the benefits of your Technology Partnership and how to access these. 

 

Is there funding available for training?

We recommend contacting your local skills and growth hubs who may be able to support learning and development opportunities.

How do I access eLearning course materials after purchase?

If you have purchased a self guided eLearning course, your course access will be activated within 1 working day. You will be notified by email with instructions on how to access your course. 

If after 1 working day of purchase you have not received an email, please contact us, stating the course details, order number and purchase date at academy@amricc.com.

For access to partner provided courses, please contact the partner directly or provide us with the details of the course you purchased, order number and purchase date and we can facilitate discussions with them around accessing your course.

Following subscription, our learning resources will be available to you on our website. You can find them under the ‘Resources’ tab, or by clicking here.

 

Can I leave and return to self-guided e-Learning courses or do I need to complete the course in one sitting?

For AMRICC Academy self-guided eLearning courses, your progress will be recorded so you can leave and it will remember your progress when you return to the content. You have unlimited access to the course and related materials for as long as you are an AMRICC Academy subscriber. 

For our partner provided courses, please see the details of the course on their site or contact the partner directly if you are unsure. 

 

How long do I have access to the course materials and reference materials?

For our AMRICC courses, you have unlimited access to the course and related materials for as long as you are an AMRICC Academy subscriber. 

 

Do I receive a certificate for completion of a course?

Please contact us on academy@amricc.com, if you require a certificate following completion of a course. 

 

How long does a course take?

Each course varies in length. On each course page, the duration section will indicate how long the course might take. This varies learner to learner, but the duration indicates an average time we anticipate the course will take to complete. If you need further clarification, please send us an email: academy@amricc.com.

 

Are there pre-requisites to complete the courses?

Many of our courses are beginner level. On each course page, the section ‘Who Will Benefit’ describes if there are specific requirements or suggestions for you to benefit most from the courses. If the course you are interested in has a suggested level of knowledge and you would like support in gaining this, please check out our Guides for suggested learning pathways or book a 30-minute signposting support session with an AMRICC Academy facilitator to gain personalised recommendations.

There isn’t a learning path relevant to me, what can I do?

Book in for a 30-minute signposting session to discuss your personal learning needs and gain recommendations specific to your development goals by emailing us at academy@amricc.com. Alternatively, try one of Beginner level courses to discover the fundamentals of a topic you would like to discover more about.

I’ve encountered a bug or a question is wrong or have additional feedback for a course. How can I report it?
